Cooperation agreement between Russia and Phu Binh Holdings include Plasma technology transferring of handling domestic waste, medical waste for the cities, urbans and industry industrial area; transferring of new generation electrochemical water filter for residential and industrial areas..

Phu Binh Holdings – the first organization at Vietnam to undertake technology transferring

On30Jun2017 at Ha noi,  signing ceremony for Memorandum of technology science transferring and cooperating agreement  between VinIT Technology Institute - Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and Phu Binh Holdings Investment J.S.C

Accordingly, VinIT Technology Institute will transfer technical design records, system technology, detailed designing documents, system constructing design, main technology transferring of system from Russia such as plasma furnace system, dust smoke processing system and electric generator ( the sub-products of technology).

VinIT Technology Institute will take responsibility in technology science copyright of the products, system technology and transferring technology, the documents of some high technology which will be deployed to apply at such as: environment protecting and treating technology, plasma using technology.

Phu Binh Holdings assume the expanding and supplying this new technology solution to the national and international partners

Before that, VinIT Technology Institute had worked with Russia science delegation to get the advanced technology transferring which high application in environmental process and protection such as: reproductive energy, sun electric energy, medical waste treating system, living waste and plasma living waste burning system.

Breakthrough step in advanced technology at Vietnam

All the series of transferring technology are advanced technology contributing to deploy and applied widely at Vietnam. Especially, plasma waste treating technology is evaluated to bring much new progress in waste processing with many outstanding advantages.

Plasma waste processing technology transferred by VinIT institute to Phu Binh Holdings is more afficient than traditional methods: bury, burn, minimize the harmful smoke, more thorough. Old plasma technology take much expense in big scale deployment and use rare gas while the current technology is cheaper, can use normal 3 phase electric power and no need to us rare gas.. 

Plasma technology of VinIT institute collect Singas to create electricity serving for the factory itself or for the consumer. Transferred waste processing using new generation plasma technology can replace the old technology to process in industry waste, medical & living waste with big capacity, friendly to the environment.

Plasma is one of the most modern technologies of the world Newsday, with the advantages of dioxin 5 times lower than the traditional one; emissing amount CO2, NOx, SOx and ash slag pollution is also at the low level. 

This new technology also help to solve the problem that waste incenators are not controlled well about the risk of secondary environment pollution (acid gas, especially harmful gas as dioxin and furan...).  This is the optimal solution about environment for the sectors ( hospital) placed in residential area, in urban center nowadays.

Besides, the other transferred technology such as electrochemical water filtering technology, solar battery also have outstanding advantages. Electrochemical water filtering technology of VinIT institute is better in cleaning efficiency. The traditional method  is  extra-biological treatment, membrane technology, but the VinIT institute’s technology is Electrochemical: using electrode to let the electric currency run through water,analize the composition, removed the factors causing harm to people health and environment. Solar battery of VinIT institute also have energy cumulative coefficient nearly 2 times higher than current technology

By receiving the series of advanced technology transferring, Phu Binh Holdings will deploy and develop widely this technology at Vietnam, contribute to enhance waste processing efficiency and environmental protection.
